Email support@pipevideo.co with:
- Your organization name
- Generation
id(if applicable) - Request timestamp (UTC)
- HTTP status code and error message
- Steps to reproduce (curl command or code snippet — never include your API key)
Billing questions
For invoices, credit top-ups, or balance discrepancies, include your organization name and the approximate date of the transaction. Organization administrators can view billing history in the dashboard under Billing.
Status and incidents
For service availability, check the Pipevideo status page (linked from the dashboard footer when active). Include the incident timeframe in support requests related to outages.
Security issues
Report security vulnerabilities to security@pipevideo.co. Do not disclose vulnerabilities in public channels. See API keys for credential hygiene.
